Variety of japonica rice with a round and pearly grain. Integral and with a natural red colour. Nutty odor. It's very rich in fiber and mineral elements. Traditionally cultivated in the French Camarga. Once cooked presents a texture crunchy similar than the pine nuts. It supports the congelation and the pasteurization maintaining a optimal condition.

Recommended as a side dish o salad. Let it in water a few hours before cooking. Cooking time about 30 minutes. Boil with excess of water. The rice should be 'al dente'.
